Hutch is looking for a Game Analyst to join the team in London. You should be a data driven person that loves getting into the details. You should also be a great collaborator and communicator, with the ability to explain complex data and concepts to other people. You’ll be working closely within the game teams to analyse and offer predictions for our existing and in development games.
Responsibilities
- By collaborating with the game team, enable them to make data driven decisions through data analysis.
- Estimate the impact of new features and analyse retargeting, reactivation, AB tests, CRM activities.
- Look into various aspects of user behaviour, for example churn, conversion, LTV.
- Work with the marketing team to test and optimise retargeting/reactivation campaigns.
- Build statistical models to analyse user behaviour, predict future developments and automate processes.
- Consult with other game analysts to identify analytical opportunities across all our games.
Requirements
- Previous, proven experience working as an Analyst/in an analytical role.
- You’re deeply comfortable with numbers. Your instinctive approach to any problem is to quantify it first.
- Your analysis has led to quantifiable improvements.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Excel & SQL.
- You are a fast learner and are happy to work in an agile and fast-paced environment.
Bonus Points
- Experience with Python or R.
- Interest in games and an understanding of what makes games fun.
- Experience in using tools such as Amplitude, Tableau or Looker.
- Experience in statistics or ML modelling.
