As an Associate Content Designer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end production and implementation of live operations content. You will ensure players have a seamless and engaging experience throughout the F1® season. Your role will involve owning the setup, balancing, and deployment of in-game assets, events, and offers, working closely with Product, Production and QA to maintain high quality across all environments. A passion for Formula 1®, motorsports, or racing management games is essential.
Responsibilities
- Content Implementation: Own the end-to-end configuration of live events, offers, and campaigns. You will be responsible for inputting data, setting up assets, and ensuring all content is correctly implemented for release.
- Quality Assurance & Testing: Champion quality by conducting playtests and performing rigorous checks on data entries to ensure error-free content releases.
- Asset & Feature Support: Collaborate with the Product team to support the integration of new assets (such as Drivers and Components), ensuring they align with the creative brief and game strategy.

- Attention to Detail: A rigorous approach to accuracy is essential. You will be responsible for checking your own work and the work of others to prevent issues in the live game.
- Collaborative Spirit: Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different teams to understand tasks and ask the right questions.
- Logical Mindset: A basic understanding of logic or maths to help grasp how game economies and balancing work.
- Passion for Games: A genuine interest in mobile games and a desire to learn how they are made and operated.
