The Role

We are looking for a Snr. Data Analyst / BI & Dashboard Developer to embed data-driven intelligence at the heart of our ABM programmes. This is a pivotal hire within the Data & Technology team - you’ll own analytical delivery and insights generation across client accounts, bringing clarity and measurable impact to our programmes. Working alongside the Head of Data & Technology, you’ll translate complex data into actionable insights, support the design of measurement frameworks, and develop BI solutions that empower clients and internal teams alike. The ideal candidate thrives in the detail, loves solving complex problems, and can clearly communicate data stories that influence strategy and creative direction.

Day-To-Day Responsibilities

  • Co‑develop and maintain client measurement frameworks that align with ABM goals, ensuring consistency and rigour across all programmes.
  • Conduct platform and data tech audits (GA/GTM, tracking, CRM, media, attribution), diagnose issues, and support remediation planning alongside strategy and tech teams.
  • Build and maintain automated dashboards that visualise campaign performance and client KPIs, ensuring usability and accuracy (experience in Data Studio and PowerBI essential).
  • Partner with the strategy team to inform planning and optimisation decisions with data‑driven evidence.
  • Deliver ad hoc client reporting and insights, distilling complex datasets into clear stories and strategic recommendations for QBRs and MBRs.
  • Participate in monthly and QBR performance reviews, sharing insights and contextual analysis directly with clients on B2B and ABM.
  • Support adoption and refinement of technical tools (e.g. Monday.com, ETL, data connectors, tracking frameworks, data warehousing) to improve operational efficiency.
  • Support the AI evolution of our data, analytics and reporting with agentic AI, conversational analytics, Model Context Protocol (MCP) with Claude and partner with our internal AI studio team.

About You

  • 3-5 years’ experience within data, insights, or analytics - ideally in a B2B or agency environment.
  • Strong analytical background with demonstrable experience in data visualisation (Power BI a bonus; Looker Studio essential) and ETL (Windsor AI, Adverity, Supermetrics, Power My Analytics (PMA) essential).
  • Solid understanding of marketing data (campaign metrics, CRM data, web analytics, and media reporting) and conversion tracking (conversion APIs for LinkedIn & Google Ads).
  • Capable of translating complex analytical outputs into insightful, visual stories that drive commercial outcomes.
  • Excellent communicator with experience in client-facing roles or presenting to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with tracking and analytics platforms (GTM, GA4, LinkedIn Insights, etc.) is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with ABM principles and understanding of how data guides account-level marketing performance.
