About the Role

Hustle With Ease Sri Lanka (HWE SL) is a Destination Management Consultancy specialising in curated and culturally grounded travel experiences. We design tailored itineraries that blend urban edge with island soul – think surf, skate, creativity and the contemporary soul of Sri Lanka with a strong focus on ethics, local collaboration and responsible travel.

We are not a traditional travel agency.

We operate as a DMC, building relationships with independent hosts, local partners and creative communities to offer experiences travellers cannot access on their own.

We are seeking Sales Representativesto support our growing demand. This role is ideal for someone confident in communication, relationship building and working independently.

This is a flexible project based role with full autonomy over your hours.

What You Will Do

• Generate leads through your own channels, network or outreach

• Handle sales conversations with potential travellers interested in curated experiences

• Recommend experiences or elements based on client interests

• Maintain clear updates of all leads and client conversations

• Attend one or two weekly video check in meetings

• Represent HWE SL with professionalism, cultural awareness and integrity

What You Will Not Do

• You will not design itineraries during the initial stage

• You will not onboard partners or do business development

• You will not handle inbound leads from HWE SL channels unless specifically assigned

Your focus is sales conversations and progressing clients toward booking.

About You

• Confident communicator with strong English skills

• Comfortable working independently and choosing your own hours

• Experienced in sales, hospitality, tourism, guest services or client facing communication

• Professional, organised and reliable

• Knowledge of Sri Lanka, surf culture, creative communities or travel is helpful but not essential

• Familiar with WhatsApp, Telegram or similar communication tools

• Ethical, culturally sensitive and aligned with responsible travel values
