As the Country Marketing Manager you lead the establishment of an annual local marketing plan based on the EU marketing strategy and plan set by the Res & Pro EU marketing leadership team. Your strength is knowing how to implement and deliver the strategic initiatives and focus areas set by the leadership group in your market, based on thorough analysis of the end-consumers, professional consumers, local business needs and other relevant opportunities. You are a strong and proven marketing leader with experience from both B2B and B2C end-consumer product marketing, who is used to building high-functioning, well performing teams. You will be the voice of the market and through close collaboration with the central marketing leadership team have a positive impact on our future development and performance. You will report to VP of EU Marketing
You are responsible for implementing the EU brand and marketing strategy on a local level in the different marketing disciplines
- You build an annual marketing activity plan which encompasses end-consumer, professional consumers, and conversion partners
- You implement brand activation, and execute channel marketing and local sell out driving campaigns in line with the strategic direction set by the Central EU Marketing leadership team
- You ensure that the correct brand message is communicated in all marketing collaterals / campaign / activities by implementing the Group brand guidelines in all channels
- You are the prime marketing contact for the Central EU Marketing leadership team, giving insights into the local consumer trends, channel partner needs and growth opportunities
- You work hand in hand with the local sales team to execute and implement the business strategy and channel marketing plan in your market to increase brand space and drive sell out both online and offline
- You plan tactical conversion driving media executions, adapt centrally produced creative campaigns to the local needs and track the results thereof
- You organize, plan and implement the brand strategy at trade fairs, Consumer Shows, Marketing/PR events and retailer events
- You manage the local marketing budget based on the guidance from the Central Marketing leadership team, working hard to optimize efficiency and impact of all activities
- You set clear goals and KPI:s for the local marketing team, taking care to develop solid tracking and measurements to be shared with the Central Marketing leadership team
- You build a high performing team by being a role model leader, exemplifying our cultural values of Bold, Dedicated and Care
Excellent leadership skills Experience from working in an International multicultural environment (fluent in English) Bachelor or Master degree in Business or Marketing β A proven marketing leader with extensive experience in building and executing consumer driven marketing and campaigns β Comfortable working in cross functional teams with multiple stakeholders β Solid experience in building and managing high performing teams β Digitally savvy, confident in building, implementing and optimizing digital marketing plans and activities β Proven experience in building sales driving trade marketing plans for multiple categories in high growth markets β Excellent project management experience β Proven ability to support business initiatives and development through marketing activation
