Your Role at Husqvarna UK
This role is to replace an established sales rep role in this area and is intended to help drive the brand with gaining distribution and, hence, market share, predominantly within Garden Centres.
Responsibilities & Key Tasks
- Grow Gardena Brand Division products within the agreed territory.
- Achieve company marketing strategies within the territory.
- Achieve sales turnover and margin budget (target) for the territory.
- Manage and grow the garden centre accounts within the territory.
- Onboard new customers.
- Achieve width and depth of all product categories within the garden centre network.
- Manage trade marketing activities to encourage sell‑through within the network, including high focus on instore training and merchandising.
- Gather market and competitor intelligence.
- Represent the company at trade events and trade shows.
What We’re Looking For
- Enthusiastic and self‑motivated with a strong desire to achieve results.
- Excellent communication skills and relationship builder.
- Previous sales experience and a real door‑opener (garden industry or other industries).
- Team player who can work independently and has a self‑starter attitude.
- Commercially astute, numerate and with an appreciation for pricing, costs and profitability.
- Shows initiative and a desire for development.
- Good time‑management skills.
- Computer literate using Microsoft Packages.
- Full UK driving licence.
