In this role you will be responsible to drive the commercial performance of our owned E-Commerce (DTC & Marketplace) in the UK and other major European Markets. Together with your international colleagues in the Digital D2C Team you will drive and scale our own E-Commerce business. This is a maternity cover position.
Responsibilities & Key Tasks
- Own all local D2C E-Commerce activities.
- Demand planning for the respective market aiming for a 90% accuracy and working towards Groups CCC targets.
- Develop & Execute Sales Campaigns in close collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Support marketplace operations and help further develop this channel.
- Work closely with our Dealer network to ensure Click & Collect operations work efficiently.
- Collaborate with Customer Services to ensure all End User queries are answered quickly.
- Support Operations Team in tasks including Order & Inventory Management.
Additional Skills/Qualifications Required
- 3+ years experience in E-commerce (DTC or Marketplace).
- Knowledge of email & affiliate marketing.
- Experienced in E-Commerce and CMS Systems (Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Sitecore would be advantageous).
- Business fluent language skills in English; other languages would be advantageous.
- Team player with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient experience of Microsoft packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Creativity in developing new concepts and finding winning solutions.
- Openness and flexibility for changes in a dynamic environment.
- Strong collaboration and excellent communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, passion, and strong work ethic.
