Field Based – North West England and Wales

Role Description

The role forms part of the Husqvarna UK field sales team, managing the specialist Forest and Garden machinery Dealer Network across a specified regional territory

Responsibilities & Key Tasks

Implement company sales and marketing strategies within the territory

Achieve sales turnover and margin to budget (Target) for the territory

Manage and grow the dealer business within the territory

Manage the dealers within your territory to comply with the Husqvarna Selective Distribution Agreement (SELDIS)

Achieve width and depth of all product categories with all dealers within the territory

Manage the trade marketing activities to encourage sell-through within the dealer network.

Manage dealer payment behaviour with Accounts Receivable Department guidelines

Gather market and competitor intelligence

Additional Skills/Qualifications Required

Applicants must be enthusiastic and self motivated with a strong desire to achieve

Excellent communication skills and relationship builder

Previous sales and account management experience (Garden machinery or other Industries)

A team player who can work independently and has a self starter attitude

Commercially astute, numerate and with an appreciation for pricing, costs and profitability

Shows initiative and a desire for development

Full UK Driving Licence
