The Perfect Match: What It Takes to Succeed at Huspy
- 2+ years of experience at a highâgrowth tech company or in financeârelated fields (proptech, payments, crypto, insurance, etc.).
- 2+ years of proven success leading consumerâfacing products.
- 1+ year managing crossâfunctional teams (Product Owners at Huspy directly manage Engineering, Operations, and Design).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A strong eye for UX/UI and understanding of design best practices.
- We don't expect you to code, but you should feel comfortable discussing deep technical topics with engineering teams and the platform users.
- Strong analytical skills with a solid business sense to prioritize tasks based on impact and return on investment (ROI).
- Experience in driving product vision, and clearly communicating with leadership, customers, and partners.
