  • At Hush, we're looking for a

Digital Trading Executive to join our Ecommerce team and help deliver an exceptional online shopping experience.

Working closely with our Ecommerce Lead, you'll optimise how our products are presented online, using customer insight and trading data to drive sales, conversion and the customer journey.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with ecommerce trading experience who enjoys combining commercial thinking with a passion for fashion and digital retail.

What you'll be doing

Reporting to our Ecommerce Lead, you'll

  • Support the delivery of the online trading plan across key product categories.
  • Manage site merchandising to optimise product performance and customer experience.
  • Coordinate product launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns.
  • Monitor trading performance, identifying trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare trading insights and contribute to weekly trade meetings.
  • Build strong relationships across Buying, Merchandising, Creative, Customer Service and Operations.
  • Support Digital Trading Assistants with day-to-day guidance.

About You

  • At least 2 years' experience in ecommerce trading, digital merchandising or a similar role.
  • Experience within a fashion or retail ecommerce environment.
  • Knowledge of ecommerce platforms and tools such as

Centra, Fredhopper and GA4 .

  • Strong analytical skills with confidence using Excel.
  • Highly organised, commercially minded and customer-focused.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
