The Hush you know and love is coming to Guildford & Marlow. This September, we’re opening our first high-street stores and looking for Store Managers to shape what comes next.

Hush is a female-founded, female-led fashion brand with ambitious growth plans over the next few years. Known for effortless style, thoughtful design, and a relaxed way of living, we’re now taking our first steps onto the high street.

These aren’t traditional store openings. They’re the beginning of something new for us and for our customers. We’re creating spaces that feel calm, considered, and personal. Places where everything has been thought about, but nothing feels overdone. Where people feel at ease the moment they walk through the door. And we’re looking for someone who can help bring that to life.

We’re opening our first high-street stores this September in Guildford and Marlow each rooted in the same intention: creating calm, considered spaces where customers feel at ease and genuinely looked after. Across both locations, you’ll lead from the front, balancing a warm, human approach with strong commercial delivery, and creating stores that feel effortless, welcoming, and unmistakably Hush.

What we’re looking for

We’re open to experienced retail leaders, but just as importantly, we’re looking for someone who really understands Hush - and the women who shop with us. Our stores won’t feel like traditional retail spaces. They’ll feel calm, considered, and personal. A place where everything has been thought about, but nothing feels overdone.

We’re looking for someone who naturally understands how to create that kind of environment - where customers feel comfortable, unhurried, and genuinely looked after. Ideally, you’ll bring:

  • Experience in a Store Manager role (or strong Assistant Manager ready to step up)
  • A natural understanding of Hush, our aesthetic, and our customer
  • Experience creating a warm, boutique-style service environment
  • The ability to build genuine relationships with customers and teams
  • Strong commercial awareness, balanced with a thoughtful approach to performance
  • A calm, hands-on leadership style with great attention to detail
  • Energy, positivity, and a real love of product and styling
