About the role

At Hush, we’re passionate about delivering fashion that inspires. We’re looking for a Merchandising Admin Assistant to support our dynamic merchandising team and help ensure our products reach customers at the right time, place, and quantity.

What you\’ll do

• Assist in analysing company and channel performance, producing regular trade reports for the team
• Oversee and track stock across multiple channels, managing allocations, replenishment, and recalls
• Carry out regular channel checks to ensure product accuracy and compliance with Hush’s presentation standards
• Stay commercially aware by monitoring competitors and key market trends
• Build strong relationships with our retail team, providing timely feedback and resolving stock queries

What you\’ll bring

• A fashion, business, or numerical degree or 1+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Excel (basic formulas knowledge preferred)
• Confident communicator, skilled in Outlook, Teams, and face-to-face interactions
• Highly organised, able to prioritise and balance workload effectively
• Commercial awareness and a genuine interest in fashion retail
• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
