Concession Manager (Full Time) – Oxford Street - John Lewis
Hush began with a simple idea and a big dream - and that entrepreneurial spirit still drives us today. From one woman and a laptop to a growing global brand, we’ve come a long way since 2003, but we’re still small enough to stay agile, creative, and bold in our ambitions. We’re a team that thrives on collaboration, curiosity, and making things happen. Life at Hush is fast-paced and full of energy, but it’s also supportive and welcoming. We celebrate individuality, love a healthy debate, embrace change, and believe in the power of fresh ideas to shape our future.
The Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Concession Manager with an effortless sense of style and a love of people to lead our flagship concession based in John Lewis, Oxford Street. You’ll be the face of Hush in a busy, multi-brand space; building strong relationships with our John Lewis partners, championing the brand and spotting opportunities to grow visibility and performance. Creating a warm, welcoming customer experience that feels authentically Hush will be at the heart of everything you do. Energetic, positive and commercially curious, you’ll lead from the front — inspiring your team, keeping daily operations running smoothly and nurturing a culture where everyone feels confident, supported and motivated to succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver sales targets with energy and focus.
- Use trade insights to spot opportunities and share clear actions with the Retail Manager and Head Office.
- Live and breathe the brand, with a natural eye for effortless styling.
- Confidently execute VM updates, keeping the space fresh, elevated and unmistakably Hush.
- Champion Hush in-store, building brand love and upskilling both internal and host-store teams.
- Lead a collaborative, positive team culture that supports growth and development.
The Person:
- 3+ years leading in fashion retail store/concession environment.
- Flexible across Monday–Sunday shifts (37.5 hours).
- A natural people person who builds strong cross-brand relationships and energises teams.
- Confident representing Hush in a multi-brand space.
- Strong eye for styling and VM; bringing effortless, feel-good fashion to life.
- Commercially savvy, able to spot opportunities and drive performance.
- Resilient, hands-on and leads from the front.
We are committed to fostering diversity, equity and inclusion in everything we do.
