About the role
At Hush, we’re looking for a Digital Content Assistant to support the day-to-day trading of our website - making sure the right product reaches the right customer at the right time. This is a hands-on role for someone with solid ecommerce experience who can step in, take ownership, and keep things moving in a fast-paced trading environment. We’ve recently moved onto Centra, so this is a great opportunity to be part of a replatforming journey and help shape how we trade and manage content going forward.
What you’ll do
- Managing and updating product content across the site (copy, imagery, pricing, attributes)
- Supporting product launches, seasonal drops and promotional activity
- Owning day-to-day content updates across our ecommerce platform (Centra)
- Maintaining site accuracy, consistency and brand tone of voice
- Building and updating landing pages, edits and onsite campaigns
- Implementing SEO best practices (metadata, on-page optimisation)
- Carrying out QA checks before content goes live
- Reacting to trading performance — updating content in line with what’s working
- Working closely with ecommerce, trading, merchandising and creative teams
What you’ll bring
- 2+ years’ ecommerce experience (ideally within fashion or retail)
- Strong experience working with CMS / ecommerce platforms
- Experience supporting a website replatform or working within a changing platform environment (highly desirable)
- Strong understanding of onsite trading, product launches and content workflows
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage large volumes of updates accurately
- Comfortable working at pace and prioritising in a busy environment
- Proactive, hands-on and solutions-focused
