We’re growing, and we’re looking for an exceptional Area Manager to join Hush and lead our South region. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in our next phase of growth, with new stores opening and the chance to make a real impact as our retail estate continues to expand. You’ll take ownership of performance across the region, leading, coaching and inspiring store teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and strong commercial results.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead the region – Own regional performance and KPIs, driving sales, productivity and sustainable growth.
- Develop brilliant teams – Coach and inspire Store Managers and retail teams, building capability.
- Drive commercial performance – Use sales, stock and customer insight to identify opportunities and turn them into action.
- Champion operational excellence – Maintain high standards across stores and concessions, from VM and stock management to compliance and ways of working.
- Put the customer first – Create a warm, considered customer experience that feels unmistakably Hush.
- Build strong partnerships – Work closely with Head Office and host store partners to maximise performance across the region.
- Be part of our growth – Support new store openings and wider retail projects as Hush continues to scale.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for an experienced multi-site retail leader who is commercially driven, passionate about people and thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment. You’ll ideally bring:
- Fashion or premium retail experience
- Experience managing multiple stores and larger teams
- Strong people leadership, coaching and development skills
- Proven commercial and KPI ownership
- A full UK driving licence and access to a car
- Flexibility to travel across the South
- A hands-on, solutions-focused approach
