- Assist with any supplier shipping queries.
- Check stock status and process items through our ERP system, Business Central, when received in.
- Liaise with colleagues to answer queries on incoming/outgoing shipments and proactively communicate any delays and potential solutions.
- Investigate any shortages with suppliers and forwarders.
- Produce and manage all warehouse receipts to ensure all deliveries are visible and accurate for the warehouse to book in against.
- Investigate any inbound shortages with warehouse, suppliers and forwarders.
- Check all invoices received, ensuring that have been accurately charged.
- Process sample requests for various departments, ensuring accurate stock tracking and availability to support business needs.
- Improve product availability, ensuring buffer levels are set correctly.
- Update and maintain daily operations reports to provide accurate and timely data for the team.

- Confident in managing and manipulating large data sets.
- Strong attention to detail.
- An analytical & innovative mindset.

- Growth opportunities as we expand and innovate.
- Generous holiday allowance with flexible hybrid working options.
- Continuous professional development to keep you ahead of the curve.
