About the role
We’re looking for an immediately available interim Digital Trading Manager to join hush and support our ecommerce team while we recruit for the permanent role.
This is a critical, hands-on position for someone with strong ecommerce trading experience in the fashion or DTC retail space and Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience is a must.
You’ll be responsible for optimising site performance, managing launches and promotions, and reacting quickly to trading trends. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll use data and commercial insight to drive conversion and revenue during a key trading period.
What you’ll do
- Leading the day-to-day and weekly trading of the site, optimising performance across categories and channels
- Making swift, data-led decisions to maximise conversion and revenue
- Managing site launches, promotions, content, and daily trading actions
- Working cross-functionally with Buying, Merchandising, and Growth Marketing to drive commercial success
- Using tools like Content Square, GA, Fredhopper and Centra to improve the end-to-end customer journey
- Driving our international growth with clear ownership of new market performance
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience in ecommerce trading or digital merchandising – ideally within the fashion industry or a DTC retail environment
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (or similar ecommerce platforms)
- Strong commercial mindset with excellent forecasting, analytical and trading skills
- Confident using data to drive decisions and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Customer-focused, with a passion for optimising the onsite journey and conversion funnel
- Familiarity with tools like GA, Content Square, Fredhopper, and A/B testing platforms
- A collaborative, low-ego team player who thrives in a fast-paced digital environment
- Line management or mentoring experience is a plus
