We’re looking for a Senior Garment Technologist to lead and elevate our Denim & Tailoring categories. This is an exciting opportunity to own the technical development of some of our most iconic product areas - ensuring premium fit, construction, and quality, from concept through to customer. Reporting to the Garment Technical Manager, you’ll also play a key role in supporting and developing the technical team, sharing your knowledge to help us build for the future.
- Own all aspects of garment technology across denim and tailoring, from fit development to production sealing.
- Set and maintain category standards – blocks, specs, quality and construction.
- Champion the use of PLM through accurate and consistent data management.
- Collaborate with Design and Buying to identify engineering opportunities that protect both quality and margin.
- Support and develop Assistant Technologists, setting clear goals and providing training.
- Mitigate risk by ensuring full compliance with testing and performance standards.
- Be a positive, solutions-driven team player who’s always looking to challenge the status quo and help us grow.
Strong experience as a Senior Garment Technologist, specifically in Denim & Tailoring, with additional expertise in Woven Bottoms and Outerwear highly beneficial. A deep understanding of construction techniques and manufacturing processes for complex product types. Familiarity with labelling, compliance and testing standards. Highly proficient in Excel and PLM systems. A collaborative, agile mindset and the confidence to influence cross-functional teams.
