    • Leading financial planning, budgeting, and performance reporting for key functions (Marketing, Operations, Retail).
    • Acting as a trusted advisor to functional leads, helping shape decisions with robust financial insight.
    • Monitoring trading and margin performance, providing recommendations, and supporting future season planning.
    • Analysing marketing channel performance to drive efficiency (ROAS, CPO, customer metrics).
    • Supporting weekly trading meetings, monthly strategic reviews, and holding stakeholders accountable for actions.
    • Developing business cases for new initiatives, channels, and retail opportunities.
    • Preparing board pack slides and performance commentary, including store-level profitability analysis.

What you’ll bring

  • Newly qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or finalist-level accountant, with strong commercial acumen.
  • Proven ability to influence, challenge, and partner with senior stakeholders to drive strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communicator and storyteller, skilled at simplifying complex data and building trusted relationships.
  • Highly analytical, with expertise in forecasting, scenario modelling, and performance management.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Experience using BI tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) to deliver insights and drive decision-making.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and focused on delivering value beyond the numbers.
