Founded 21 years ago, we are now established as one of the UK’s leading online fashion retailers. We employ around 140 employees across head office and retail, creating and selling a beautiful range of women’s clothing and accessories characterised by effortlessness, simplicity and a laidback sense of style. About the role
You’ll lead all financial activity across Hush - from core reporting through to strategic planning, making sure we’re set up to scale in the right way. You’ll sit at the heart of the business, working closely with senior stakeholders to challenge, guide and support decision-making.
What you’ll do
- Own weekly trade reporting, monthly management accounts and year-end processes
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning
- Deliver clear, insightful analysis to support commercial decisions
- Partner across teams to drive accountability on spend and performance
- Prepare board-level reporting with meaningful commentary
- Ensure strong financial controls and risk management across the business
- Drive “one version of the truth” through data governance with BI
- Lead and develop a small, high-performing finance team
- Continuously improve processes and systems (including ERP)
- Deputise for the Chief Trading Officer when needed

- ACA / CIMA qualified, with strong industry experience (ideally retail/ecom)
- A true business partner who is confident, engaging, and able to influence
- Commercially sharp with strong financial modelling skills
- Someone who can simplify complexity and bring others on the journey
- Proactive, hands-on and comfortable operating at pace
- A natural leader who can coach, challenge and inspire
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
