As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Paid Media Executive to help us reach new customers, optimise performance across our digital channels and support profitable growth. What you’ll be doing:

  • Reporting to our Performance Marketing Lead, you’ll support the planning, execution and optimisation of paid media campaigns across Paid Search and Paid Social.
  • Working closely with agency partners and internal teams, you’ll use data and insights to improve campaign performance, maximise return on investment and help deliver our ambitious growth plans.
  • Manage the day-to-day delivery and optimisation of Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns.
  • Build strong relationships with our media agency partners, providing clear briefs, reviewing performance and challenging recommendations where appropriate.
  • Monitor campaign performance against key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS and revenue.
  • Identify opportunities to optimise campaigns, audiences and creative to improve performance.
  • Maintain well-structured, best-practice advertising accounts across multiple platforms.
  • Analyse campaign performance using GA4, Google Ads and other reporting tools, turning data into actionable insights.
  • Support test-and-learn initiatives to continuously improve our paid media strategy.
  • Produce regular performance reports and present key findings to stakeholders.
  • Partner with our Creative team to develop engaging, high-performing advertising content.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Ecommerce teams to ensure campaigns align with trading priorities, product launches and seasonal activity.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, platform developments and new opportunities to help drive future growth.

About you:

  • Experience managing paid media campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social or both.
  • Experience working with media agencies (preferred but not essential).
  • Knowledge of platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, GA4, Campaign Manager and/or DV360.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and identify optimisation opportunities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • A proactive, curious mindset with a genuine desire to learn and develop.
  • Great communication skills and confidence working with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
