Hush is an ambitious and distinctive fashion brand, with plans to double the business over the next few years. Founded 21 years ago, we are now established as one of the UK’s leading online fashion retailers. We employ around 130 employees across head office and retail, creating and selling a beautiful range of women’s clothing and accessories characterised by effortlessness, simplicity and a laidback sense of style. We love hard-working and talented people with a can-do attitude and a passion for what they do.
We’re looking for an organised, proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO with the ability to start at short notice. This role is ideal for someone who has some experience in an EA, PA or senior admin role and is now looking to build on those foundations, rather than someone coming from a large, highly structured corporate environment. You’ll work closely with the CEO in a small, fast-moving team, gaining broad exposure and developing your skills as the business continues to grow.
What you’ll do:
- Manage the CEO’s diary, meetings and travel arrangements
- Support day-to-day communications, including drafting emails and documents
- Assist with presentations, reports and general administrative support
- Act as a trusted point of coordination, helping priorities run smoothly
What you’ll bring:
- Experience supporting a senior leader (EA, PA, Office Manager or similar)
- A strong desire to learn and grow in an Executive Assistant role
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to juggle priorities
- Clear, confident communication skills
- A calm, practical, low-ego approach to work
- Comfortable working in the office 4 days per week
- Available to start quickly - lengthy notice periods unfortunately won’t be suitable
Why join Hush?
- A hands-on role with real responsibility and visibility
- A supportive, down-to-earth culture with room to develop
- The chance to grow with a scaling fashion brand
Why you’ll love it here:
- A supportive, dynamic, and creative workplace
- Growth opportunities as we expand and innovate
- Generous holiday allowance and flexibility to recharge
- Continuous professional development to keep you ahead of the curve
- Social events that celebrate our collective achievements
- Early-finish Fridays and flexible hours for better work-life balance
- Exclusive company discounts and perks
At Hush, we embrace diversity as a strength that drives innovation and creativity. We are dedicated to building an inclusive workplace where individuality is celebrated, and everyone feels empowered to succeed. Our culture reflects our commitment to equal opportunities and respect for all.
If you’re an aspiring EA looking for a role where you can learn quickly, gain exposure, and make a real impact supporting a CEO, we’d love to hear from you.
