To optimise the trading performance of the HUSH website by ensuring content is commercially effective, customer‑focused, and consistently delivered to a high standard. This role supports both ongoing ecommerce growth and the continued development of our new Centra platform.
We’re seeking a Digital Content Assistant to join our ecommerce team on a permanent basis. This role is perfect for someone with solid ecommerce experience who wants to grow within a fashion brand and play a key role in content delivery, trading, and platform development. You’ll be responsible for the end‑to‑end management of product and campaign content, working closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. You’ll be required to work from the office on our core days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, collaborating closely with the ecommerce and wider digital teams.
Key Responsibilities- Own and manage product content across the HUSH website, including descriptions, imagery, pricing, and attributes.
- Ensure all content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand tone of voice.
- Support product launches, seasonal drops, and promotional campaigns.
- Optimise onsite content to support trading performance and customer journeys.
- Implement SEO best practices including metadata and on‑page optimisation.
- Prepare, publish, and maintain content for emails, landing pages, and onsite features.
- Support and contribute to ongoing platform development and optimisation on Centra.
- Analyse performance insights and update content to support trading priorities.
- Work closely with ecommerce, marketing, merchandising, and creative teams.
- Coordinate with creative teams to ensure timely and effective content delivery.
- 2+ years’ experience in ecommerce retail, ideally within fashion.
- Experience using ecommerce platforms such as SFCC; experience or interest in Centra is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent proofreading skills.
- Confident working with data and numbers, with basic Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proactive, positive, and eager to learn and develop.
