Join to apply for the HR Manager (Talent Management) role at Husco. The Human Resources Manager (Talent Management) drives initiatives to support a culture of learning and development at Husco. This position will drive and maintain effective programs for employee attraction, retention, promotion, and succession planning.
The Human Resources Manager (Talent Management) will be responsible for talent attraction including pipeline development, agency partnership, and recruitment as well as design, develop, deliver, and maintain all employee development, oversee employee reviews, manage succession planning conversations and other programming.

- Coordinates recruitment/employment activities for all office positions.
- Attracts, develops, retains and motivates employees at all levels.
- Create and maintain a continual/active flow of candidates by utilizing advanced internet searching skills, cold and warm calling, networking, database mining, referrals, social/business websites, and other non-traditional avenues.
- Engage in timely and appropriate communications with all candidates, hiring managers, recruiting managers, peer recruiters, vendors and other stakeholders to create a highly positive experience.
- Benchmarks employee compensation and benefits programs and provides feedback in relation to new programs, changes and renewals.
- Develop and manage the onboarding process for all new employees, including facilitating new employee orientation.
- Lead the Local Talent Planning, Critical Roles, and Succession Programs.
- Drive the local talent planning and succession management process, ensuring alignment with the broader global strategy.
- Partner closely with site leadership to identify critical roles, assess talent readiness, and implement development plans that support long‑term workforce sustainability.
- Contribute insights and data to the global talent pipeline, helping shape enterprise‑wide succession strategies and leadership development initiatives.
- Oversee and administer annual performance review process for all local office employees.
- Coach managers on writing and conducting effective performance appraisals, and coach employees and managers on creating actionable goals through effective performance and development conversations.
- Function as a cultural steward and engagement of Husco.
- Implement the annual engagement survey, analyze results, provide data to key stakeholders, and drive action planning for improving employee engagement.
- Create opportunities throughout the year to promote employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Facilitate employee milestone moments including onboarding, performance, and separation discussions.
- Analyze and quantify feedback for trends and actionable changes for organizational improvement.
- Be available as a ‘voice of reason’ to employees and leaders for career development and coaching moments.
- Design, deliver, and maintain training programs.
- Lead training programs for India and partner with global HR leaders and training committees to meet organization and employee development needs.
- Create and deliver or partner with external experts to provide all soft skills, leadership, and technical training.
- Utilize training validation methods including competency testing and participant evaluations to measure training outcomes.
- Maintain thorough understanding of industry best practices for employee and leadership development tools and practices.
- Identify learning offerings and participate in the selection of vendors, suppliers and other contracted resources.
- Assist with the maintenance and interpretation of all company policies, employee handbooks, and onboarding and orientation materials.
- Provide support as needed to Human Resource team members to assure the attainment of departmental objectives.
- Bachelor’s Degree in human resource or a related field.
- 8+ years of work experience in human resources, specifically in talent development and recruiting.
- Experience driving talent initiatives and building relationships that gain buy-in and commitment to the value of learning initiatives.
- Experience sourcing and recruiting technical professionals, specifically engineers and IT professionals.
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks; manage and meet deadlines.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Ability to establish credibility and build collaborative partnerships with all levels of management and individuals across a broad range of business groups.
- Experience in aligning projects, tasks and goals with departmental and organizational strategy.
- Proficiency in verbal and written English.
