Hurworth House School are recruiting for an Administrator to join a busy and professional administration team. We are looking for an enthusiastic multitasker who is highly skilled and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Excel & Word. The successful candidate will be a solution‑focused member of the team and be able to prioritise competing deadlines in a professional manner.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with our young people to understand their needs; develop positive working relationships and ensure important information is relayed to other staff.
- Be confident and organized in general office duties, minute taking and handling student records.
- Greet visitors, answer telephone calls, book in appointments, and schedule reviews with other professionals.
Qualifications
- Good level of English and Maths to fulfil the role.
- Ability to multitask and work in a busy environment.
