As our Paid Search & Media Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving growth through smart, data‑led digital advertising. You’ll manage and optimise paid media campaigns across Search, Performance Max, YouTube, and Display, collaborating closely with both internal teams and our external media agencies. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands‑on digital marketer who’s passionate about performance, innovation, and measurable results.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and optimise campaigns across Paid Search Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Performance Max) and other paid media platforms.
  • Partner with Paid Search and Display media agencies to brief, review, and challenge campaign performance to ensure efficiency and innovation.
  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign results using GA4, Looker Studio, and platform dashboards.
  • Support Paid Search and Display budget planning, pacing, and monthly spend efficiency across multiple markets.
  • Run A/B tests and creative experiments to improve CTR, conversions, and engagement.
  • Work with content, design, and analytics teams to ensure assets and tracking are best‑in‑class.
  • Identify new audience and optimisation opportunities through data and market insights.
  • Ensure all campaigns follow brand, platform, and privacy standards.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in Paid Search / Paid Media, Performance Marketing, or Digital Acquisition (in‑house or agency‑side).
  • Hands‑on experience managing Paid Search Google Ads / Microsoft (Search, YouTube, Performance Max); programmatic display is a plus.
  • Google Ads Certifications (Search, Display, Video) are preferred.
  • Experience working on multi‑market Paid Search and Display campaigns and collaborating with media agencies.
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels and conversion optimisation.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Additional languages, especially German, are a plus.
