This is a senior design role within our global Content & Creative team, supporting multiple international markets. Hurtigruten is a Norwegian company with a global audience. While our stories originate from Norway, our marketing reaches travellers around the world. In this role, you will help translate our brand and campaigns into strong visual storytelling – ensuring consistency, quality and creative impact across markets, channels and formats. The role combines hands-on creative execution with broader brand stewardship. You will contribute to content development, help evolve our visual language, and ensure brand consistency across everything from digital channels and CRM to large-scale print and long-form storytelling. You will also act as a guardian of the Hurtigruten visual identity – helping guide creative direction, reviewing assets produced across markets, and ensuring our brand is expressed clearly and consistently wherever it appears.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver creative assets across digital, print, campaigns and internal communications
  • Contribute to campaign development and visual storytelling alongside copywriters and marketing teams
  • Help evolve and maintain Hurtigruten’s visual identity across platforms, formats and campaigns
  • Ensure brand consistency across markets by reviewing and quality-checking creative assets produced internally and externally
  • Develop templates, toolkits and reusable assets to support efficient and consistent creative production
  • Curate and enhance imagery and other sources to maintain a consistent photographic style
  • Apply advanced editing techniques and modern tools to enhance imagery and maximise asset value
  • Support global teams and international markets with design adaptation, guidance and creative input
  • Collaborate closely with content, product and marketing teams to ensure strong and consistent visual storytelling across channels

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in graphic design within a brand, agency or marketing environment
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating both conceptual thinking and high-quality execution across digital and print
  • Ability to contribute to campaign concepts and visual storytelling as well as deliver production-ready assets
  • Deep understanding of brand identity systems and how to maintain consistency across markets and channels
  • Confidence working across multiple formats including digital, social, CRM, web and print
  • Ability to balance creative quality with speed and flexibility in a fast-moving marketing environment
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across global teams and stakeholders

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with international brands or multi-market marketing teams
  • Experience with brand governance and creative quality assurance
  • Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and modern design workflows
  • Interest in travel, culture or coastal life
