The role is part of our global Content & Creative team and supports the coordination of creative production across design, copy, film and photography. Hurtigruten is a Norwegian company with a global audience. Our marketing reaches travelers around the world, which means creative production often involves collaboration across teams, markets and external partners. This role helps ensure creative work moves smoothly from request through production to delivery.

The Production Coordinator acts as the operational backbone of the team, managing incoming requests, maintaining workflow visibility, coordinating production activities and supporting the organization of assets and documentation across our systems. You will work closely with designers, copywriters, marketing teams and external partners to help ensure that creative projects are delivered on time, with clear structure and strong collaboration across teams. You will also own and manage key operational systems used by the team, including our Digital Asset Management system and project coordination tools, helping ensure assets, documentation and workflows are organised and accessible across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming requests to the Content & Creative team and maintain an overview of priorities and deadlines
  • Coordinate day-to-day production tasks across design, copy, film and photography
  • Own and manage the team’s workflow and project tracking systems, including Notion
  • Own and maintain the Digital Asset Management system, ensuring assets, metadata and documentation are organised and accessible
  • Prepare and share task lists, production updates and status reports
  • Support planning and logistics for film and stills shoots, including schedules, suppliers and file management
  • Maintain visibility across projects and ensure smooth coordination between creative disciplines and stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, tools and production efficiency across the team
