We’re looking for a commercially focused Key Account Manager to drive performance across a portfolio of UK & Emerging Markets travel trade partners. This role is about delivering results: building strong partnerships, identifying growth opportunities and turning plans into measurable commercial outcomes.

What You’ll OwnYou will be responsible for the performance of your partner portfolio, delivering against revenue targets through structured account management, effective partner engagement and consistent execution of commercial activity.
What You’ll Do- Own and deliver revenue growth across a defined portfolio of UK trade partners, aligned to company OKRs.
- Build and execute commercial account plans that drive sales, market share and long‑term partner value.
- Develop strong, credible relationships with senior partner stakeholders to influence behaviour and performance.
- Identify and activate high‑ROI opportunities across sales, marketing and distribution.
- Design and deliver co‑op marketing initiatives with clear commercial outcomes and measurable returns.
- Represent Hurtigruten confidently through agent training, presentations and industry events (including public speaking).
- Act as a senior brand ambassador at UK and international trade events, awards and educational trips.
- Use data and insight to track performance, spot trends early and turn insight into action.
- Collaborate closely with internal and global teams to ensure partners are fully supported in market.
- Commercial impact: Your work directly contributes to revenue growth and partner performance across UK & Emerging Markets.
- Exposure: You’ll work with a range of partners and internal stakeholders, gaining experience across different markets and channels.

Experience & Background- Experience in account management, sales or a commercial role, with responsibility for delivering against targets.
- Ability to build and develop partner relationships that drive measurable commercial outcomes.
- Experience working with data and reporting to understand performance, identify trends and take action.
- Confidence in translating commercial plans into activity that delivers results.
- Understanding of trade or partner‑led sales models.
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent; degree‑level education or relevant commercial experience desirable.
