About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Account Manager to play an integral role in managing and growing relationships with travel agent partners across the UK. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, developing strategic sales and marketing initiatives, and representing our brand with excellence across various platforms and events.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive revenue growth across a defined portfolio of UK travel agent partners.
- Develop and execute joint sales and marketing strategies to exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue sales, marketing, and product development opportunities within your account remit.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key and new trade contacts.
- Deliver best-in-class account management and execute impactful customer campaigns.
- Collaborate with partners to create effective co-op marketing plans that enhance consideration and conversion.
- Represent the brand professionally through training sessions, webinars, and public speaking engagements.
- Attend national cruise shows, consumer events, award nights, and host agency educational trips.
- Support growth plans for Norway summer tours and enhance performance of our Signature product.
- Conduct regular reporting and data analysis to identify trends and maximize revenue impact.

Qualifications & Experience
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
- Proven experience in sales within the travel industry, ideally in the cruise sector.
- Strong knowledge of trade channels and established relationships within the UK travel industry.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and exceeding revenue targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce; experience with BI tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market and data trends.
- Ability to translate commercial targets into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Confident presenter with experience in webinars, training, and public speaking.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel across the UK as required.
