We are seeking a caring and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs and help them reach their full potential. The role involves providing tailored support, encouraging independence, and working closely with teachers and support staff in an inclusive learning environment.

This is a part-time, term-time only, permanent role, paid on the Bexley NJC pay scale points 5-7 (FTE £29,436 - £33,987 - actual salary calculated on a pro rata basis which equates to £22,271 - £25,714 per annum). The working pattern will consist of 32.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday, with a 30-minute unpaid break each day.
