Hurstmere School is seeking to appoint a highly effective Facilities Manager to join the Estates Department, to start as soon as possible. We are looking for an experienced and proactive Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of the school's premises. You will ensure a safe, secure, and well-maintained environment, coordinating maintenance, health and safety, and site operations to support staff, students, and visitors.
This is a full-time, all year round, permanent role paid on the Bexley NJC pay scale grade 8 (FTE £33,987 - £36,585). The working pattern will consist of 36 hours per week, Monday-Friday, with a 30-minute unpaid break each day.
