- Work effectively as part of a close-knit team toprovide comprehensive support for the student
- Work well with other staff andoutside agencies
- Provide one-on-one academic support and implementindividualised learning plans
- Be resilient in the face ofchallenges, taking direction from senior leaders and class teachers, aswell as working on your own initiative
- Behave in a positive, professionalmanner within a team environment, remaining calm and patient, even inchallenging situations
- Work within school policies andprocedures to keep children safe
