As an Agency Specialist, youβll be at the heart of client relationships β managing accounts, growing spend, and driving new business across specialist sectors.
π Youβll be:
- π€ Managing and growing accounts with existing clients & inbound enquiries
- π Generating new leads in specific sectors
- π Canvassing prospects via phone, email & LinkedIn
- π‘ Selling multi-channel agency solutions across print, digital, OOH & broadcast
- π Keeping CRM records accurate and detailed
- π― Exceeding KPIs across sales profit, call time, lead generation & cross-selling
- π Working closely with production, admin, marketing & finance teams
- π Staying on top of industry trends and innovations
