About the Role: Reporting to the Head of Agency and Agency Manager, Agency Consultants are new business development professionals who generate leads and sell agency solutions to grow our loyal client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation – Utilize different tools and industry resources to generate and qualify new leads.
- Canvassing – Proactively engage and start new conversations with qualified prospects by telephone, email and LinkedIn.
- New Business Development – Sell trusted agency solutions across all channels.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) – Input and maintain accurate records of all lead generation and communications.
- Trusted Advice – Understand prospects' marketing objectives and recommend suitable agency options.
- Industry Knowledge – Continuously develop understanding of different media channels and attend training to stay up to date.
- Department Liaison – Regular communication with production, admin, marketing and finance teams.
- Client Retention – Demonstrate excellent customer service and nurture new client relationships.
- Targets – Achieve and exceed company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Essential Skills:
- Strong communication.

- Ability to work independently and within a team.
Desirable Skills:
- Industry knowledge of press and/or digital and/or OOH and/or broadcast media.
- Understanding of sales, marketing and advertising.
