We are looking for a caring, reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Lunchtime Supervisor. The role is vital in supporting children during the busy lunch period, helping to create a safe, happy and positive environment both in the dining hall and on the playground.
Key Details
- Working Hours: 7.5 hours per week (12:00 – 13:30)
- Location: The Ridge Primary School, Gregory Road, Wollaston
- Salary: £4,293.73 – £4,390.95 (actual salary), term time only, 38 weeks. First year salary reflects the number of working days remaining in the holiday year.
- Grade: Grade 2 (Full time salary equivalent; pro‑rated for part‑time)
- Closing Date: 12 July 2026
Responsibilities
- Supervise children while eating and during their break time in the playground.
- Create and maintain a safe, happy, and positive environment in the dining hall and playground.
- Assist with clearing the hall after lunch.
- Deal with minor injuries and report incidents as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Right to work in the UK – proof must be provided.
- Must be able to undergo medical clearance and an enhanced DBS check (Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974).
