Crystal Leisure Centre, Stourbridge is looking to recruit a Part‑Time Recreation Assistant (Lifeguard) to work 27.33 hours per week on an average 3‑week rotating shift pattern, including evenings, daytime hours and weekends.

Working Hours: 27.33 hours per week, 3‑week rotating shift pattern covering evenings, daytime and weekends.

Location: Crystal Leisure Centre, Stourbridge.

Closing Date: 05/06/2026.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide poolside and dry‑side supervision.
  • Assist in maintaining the security of the leisure centre.
  • Set out and return equipment to stores as required.
  • Perform regular cleaning duties and follow maintenance schedules.
  • Promote quality customer service and maintain a friendly atmosphere.

Qualifications:

  • Must be IQL (Institute of Qualified Lifeguard) qualified; National Pool Lifeguard Qualification must be up‑to‑date.
  • Right to work in the UK (must provide documentation).
  • Dudley MBC does not currently offer sponsorship for candidates without the Right to Work in the UK.
