We are looking to recruit a Street Scene Operative – Level 1 (Grade 4) to work in our Street Scene team, on a permanent full‑time basis at the Lister Road Depot, Dudley.
Hours: 37 hours per week, full‑time, on‑site.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out street cleansing operations including litter picking, cutting back, and cleansing gateways.
- Cleanse hot‑spot areas and remove general detritus.
- Operate a 3.5‑tipper vehicle to cover a scheduled route around the borough.
- Assist a team of operatives in achieving daily service targets.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- No formal qualifications required; a strong can‑do attitude and commitment to customer service are essential.
- Must be able to prove right to work in the UK.
