Position: EYFS Learning Support Practitioner (Level 3)
Contract: Fixed Term (12 months, term‑time only, 39 weeks)
Hours: 32.50 hours per week (Mon‑Fri, 08:30‑15:30)
Salary: £20,019 – £21,820 per annum (first year salary reflects days remaining in holiday year)

Responsibilities
- Support high‑quality teaching and learning within the EYFS provision.
- Assist children in developing secure foundations for future learning.
- Work across the EYFS provision, including the two‑year‑old pre‑school group.
- Create a nurturing, language‑rich, and engaging early learning environment.
Qualifications
- Recognised full Level 3 Early Years qualification approved by the DfE.
- Passion for early childhood development and learning.
- Understanding of the importance of communication, play and language‑rich environments.
- Ability to work positively as part of a team.
- High expectations for all children.
- Commitment to inclusion and ensuring every child feels a sense of belonging.
