Due to our expanding Inclusion Hubs, the Governors at Brook Primary School are looking to appoint an outstanding Level 3 Teaching Assistant who is enthusiastic, highly motivated and passionate about making a difference and helping to improve the learning opportunities for our children, who have an EHCP. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team which is ambitious for the success of all, where children have positive attitudes and a love of learning and where staff are valued and well supported by parents and governors.

You will be working within our Inclusion Hubs with children of varying needs including ASD, ADHD, developmental delay.

Hours: 32.5 hours per week, term time only (39 weeks)

Closing date: Sunday 7 June 2026

Start Date: September 2026

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is committed to inclusion
  • Has an outstanding understanding and experience of the impact of learning difficulties on children’s progress and development
  • Has experience of working with children with EHCPs and learning difficulties
  • Has experience of working with children with complex needs including areas such as Autism, ADHD and Speech

The post is subject to medical clearance and an enhanced DBS check under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. All applicants must be able to provide documentation to prove their right to work in the UK. Please note: Dudley MBC does not currently offer sponsorship for candidates without the Right to Work in the UK.
