This is a rare and exciting opportunity to take on a pivotal leadership role at the heart of Adult Social Care in Dudley. We are looking for an exceptional Strategic Adult Social Care Lead – Assurance and Continuous Development to drive excellence, innovation and continuous improvement across our services. Working as part of our senior leadership team and reporting to the Associate Director, you will lead the assurance and improvement agenda across Adult Social Care. You will champion outstanding practice, embedding a strong culture of learning, accountability and high performance—ensuring services are safe, effective, compliant and consistently delivering positive outcomes.
This is a highly influential role where you will shape how we understand and improve practice, using insight, data and professional expertise to drive meaningful change. You will play a key part in ensuring Dudley is always inspection-ready, while leading transformation that strengthens services and supports our workforce to thrive.
