Dudley Adult and Community Learning (ACL) is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Outreach Worker to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity to engage with adults and families across the borough, helping them access learning, skills development and employment opportunities that make a real difference.

As an Outreach Worker, you will be at the heart of our community engagement work, connecting residents with learning opportunities and supporting them to overcome barriers to education, skills and employment.

Working closely with community organisations, training providers, colleges, employment services and local partners, you will help identify local needs, develop opportunities and encourage participation in learning programmes.

Workplace Attendance: Working in the office 3+ days a week (pro-rata) or onsite full time.
