Join our dedicated Early Help team at Dudley’s Family Hubs in a rewarding role supporting children and families in the community. We are looking for a passionate and empathetic Family Support Worker to deliver practical, strengths‑based support.

As a Family Support Worker, you will:

  • Provide direct support to children, young people, and families, tailored to individual needs, supporting through completing assessments and family plans.
  • Build positive relationships to empower families and promote improved outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals, agencies, and community groups to deliver integrated early help, chairing or supporting the team around the family meetings (TAFs).
  • Support the development and delivery of workshops, parenting programmes, and community‑based activities.
  • Help families navigate services and access timely support through the Dudley Early Help Strategy.
  • Uphold safeguarding responsibilities across all aspects of your work.
  • Contribute to service development and ensure quality support aligned with the continuum of need.
