The role offers £8,226.04 – £8,412.09 per annum (depending on level of service), 14 hours a week, term time only (39 weeks). Location: Dormston School, Mill Bank, Dudley, West Midlands, DY3 1SN.

The Data Administrative Assistant supports various areas of school administration with a strong focus on managing the ParentPay system to support the collection of monies for trips and school dinners; this includes monitoring income and providing reports to responsible staff, creating and issuing letters to parents/carers, and contacting parents/carers regarding payments. You will also work alongside the Data Manager to build and maintain databases, support the transition process of students joining us from Primary School, and coordinate the annual review of pupil data to ensure records are up-to-date. You will work under the direct supervision of the Data Manager while also undertaking other general administration tasks to assist other areas of the school when required.

Key Requirements:

  • Working towards or having NVQ Level 2.
  • Experience of administrative/clerical work.
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Confident use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
