Christ Church CofE Primary School is seeking to appoint two excellent and committed Cover Supervisors to join our exceptional team. Christ Church CofE Primary School is a very popular, over-subscribed, large primary school with a nursery provision, serving our local community in Coseley. The successful candidate must be passionate about working with young children. We wish to appoint a Cover Supervisor who is conscientious and compassionate and has high expectations and aspirations for all pupils. We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a good understanding of child development and pedagogy
  • Has high expectations and aspirations for children in their care
  • Is able to motivate and inspire pupils through both 1:1 and small group work
  • Is enthusiastic, resourceful and committed to ensuring the highest possible standards of pupil achievement and personal development, supporting every child to flourish in all aspects of their life
  • Has experience of the needs and support strategies required to engage and motivate children in their learning
  • Is willing to contribute to the life of our school and our community
  • Has a commitment to their own personal and professional development
  • Is able to work effectively as part of a team

£20,635.69 – £22,492.28 pro rata per annum. Term time only, 39 weeks (no. of working weeks). First year salary will reflect number of working days remaining in holiday year. Working Hours: 33.5.
