Job Introduction:
We are looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Receptionist to join our Children and Young People Services team. Based at our Cable Plaza offices, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, families, professionals and partner agencies. You will provide a welcoming and professional reception service, manage enquiries, support visitors and undertake a range of administrative duties to help ensure the smooth running of the service.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, experience of working in a busy office environment and the ability to deal sensitively and professionally with a wide range of people. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong organisational skills are essential.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a dedicated team supporting children, young people and families across Dudley.
Workplace Attendance: Working in the office 3+ days a week (pro-rata) or onsite full time.
