We are looking for two experienced social workers to join our Children in Care Team in Dudley. These vacancies have become available due to positive career progression within the service and offer a rare opportunity for those driven to achieve the best outcomes for young people in care. You will be a practitioner with a big heart, who role models relational and restorative practice with children at the core of everything you do, building positive relationships and connections with children, young people, and their families to help achieve outstanding outcomes.
The Children in Care Team supports all children with permanency plans following proceedings, including adoption, long‑term fostering, residential care, connected family placements, progressing SGO, and reunification, and works closely with care‑experienced personal advisors to secure positive and ambitious transitional plans for young people until they reach 18.
