This is a full‑time, on‑site role for an Early Childhood Educator, based in Hursley. The educator will be responsible for planning and implementing child‑centered activities that nurture growth and development in a safe, stimulating environment. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with children
  • Facilitating educational and creative experiences
  • Maintaining organised and functional learning spaces
  • Collaborating with families to ensure the well‑being and success of each child

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Comprehensive knowledge of early childhood development and a passion for working with young children
  • Creativity and the ability to design engaging, imaginative activities for young learners
  • Excellent organisational skills to maintain structured and effective learning environments
  • Childcare certifications or qualifications in Early Childhood Education
  • Prior experience in a similar role is an asset
