100% remote - London office location as needed. Startup AI organisations are everywhere, but not all of them are solving the world's hardest problems working on a global stage in the most complex market on earth. We are working in high-risk environments where the stakes aren't just "uptime" or "revenue"—they are measured in human lives and the health of our planet. We are a busy well-funded startup, we have secured our first projects globally with many in the pipeline. Cyber Security is central to our product offering.
If you are looking to be a 'key' player in the early stages of the function this could be for you. We are looking for individuals who can architect polished solutions from a hacker's perspective and also address a list of vulnerabilities without feeling it's beneath them. Expect to be challenged; it’s a startup, it’s mad, and it’s busy. We support one another to get the right outcomes for us and our clients. You should relish that kind of environment.
Adversarial AI exposure is a must, as we are looking to push the envelope with AI in the Cyber Security realm, with plans for automated agentic SOCs and much more. The calibre of our team is high, with many coming from large successful global roles, with impressive qualifications to back up their experience. We value 'got the T-shirt' individuals, those who have genuinely walked the walk outside the classroom.
It’s likely applicants will meet most of the criteria below:
- Genuine hands-on red team AI exposure, with an appreciation of the nuances specific to AI models.
- Experience in Red Team strategy, cloud, and machine learning understanding, enabling you to build realistic and creative attack strategies.
- Work closely with many technical areas of the company while being a prominent member of the management team.
- Reporting to the head of Security, ensuring our systems remain protected and running.
- Enjoy playing the bad guy, modelling threats, and running these to improve our platform.
- Knowledgeable in detection logic, cloud security, and the fundamentals of well-managed cyber security for a cloud-based platform, including DevOps.
We are young in our journey with the realities of running and managing a highly complex AI environment balanced against huge early commercial success. You will help us navigate this challenging path. You will be a big picture thinker, looking at knock-on effects, not just those initial risks a threat may pose. You will take genuine pleasure in solving tough problems. We chose one of the most complex problems to solve for the planet, and we are already making an impact, which brings meaningful work and little room for egos.
