Are you passionate about home interiors and providing excellent customer service? We are looking for a friendly and motivated Carpet Shop Assistant to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers and assisting them in choosing the perfect flooring for their needs.
- Providing accurate measurements, calculations, and price quotes.
- Maintaining a tidy, organized, and welcoming showroom.
- Processing sales transactions and managing stock deliveries.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic mathematical skills for calculating floor areas.
- A proactive, helpful attitude and a willingness to learn about different materials.
- Ability to handle physical tasks, such as moving carpet samples.
- Previous retail or flooring experience is a plus, but not essential.
